My health update

Had a wonderful thanks giving dinner at my son, coach Mikey's house. Wonderful gettogether with family. My highlight of the day was spending quality time with my son Mikey, daughter in law Jasmine, my son Chris, other family members, Parveen, Victor, Sue, J.P., Marion, my sister in law and my beloved husband. SO much to thank God for my family. our prayer go out to uncle Bill who was in the hospital. God is watching over him.
I am still strong with my "slim in 6" beach body program. I started the third week, I have not seen the change in weight but I feel it in my bones. Will continue. Whoever reads this, please be inspired and work for your healthy life. One of these days I will post my better, healthier profile photo. God bless you all.

Mikey - $1,000.00 winner

I am so proud of Coach Mike Nickles, because he is not only my coach but he is my firstborn, my son. I have always been proud of my son since he was a little baby and always inquisitive, smart, handsome and a wonderful and loving and caring son. He inspires me and makes me proud. I am 66 years old and have been encouraged so much that I first started a dvd "Tony and the folks" from beach body, but that dvd did not give me the workout and movement I needed to get me to sweat and loose fat. At Mikey's suggestion I started the first series of "slim in six" and it gives me work out. I am on my second week and doing the work out every day. I can't wait to get to the next one. I must also say that Mikey's brother Chris is on his way to getting a beach body like his brother. I am so proud to have sons like Mikey and Chris. Now I am determined to get a healthier body, mind and soul. My sons are my heroes. Always love, Mom
