Its been a while since I have written a blog. I have a big reason to write today. Its all about my son, Coach Mike of teambeachbody.com. You can read all about it on his blog here too. My son decided to transform his life by living a healthy life style. He has lost weight, developed a perfect body, developed healthy recipes, won a $1,000.00 in a million dollar body game in Beachbody, and now he is in a real infomercial. Mikey and his family has gone thru some trials and tribulation (you will see details when you see his vlog on face book and his blogger). I am 66 and have decided to apply his rules and eating habits and exercise routines because he has encouraged and inspired me. Also, my regular visits to Chiropractor, Dr. Jeff has helped me so much. I have gotten so much energy and am feeling great. So what is next for Mikey? Who knows, may be they will make a movie of a Beachbody builder and like the movie "Rocky" the movie will be named "Mikey".
